Yummy fish

The rainbow trout was wonderful. I have a very simple way to cook trout. We skin the fish. then roll it in potatoe buds {the only thing they are good for} then fry, Makes a nice crisp crust on the meat. dc

Sorry Meg, I probably sound very barbaric with my fish receipt, but it is good. Not very sophisicated with my cooking. AC grilled a good steak today, and all we put on it was the Grill Creations, KC style steak seasoning. Was very good Gotta run. Off to work dc

Hey Grandma, thought I'd start commenting on your blogs on posts that I find most interesting! This recipe sounds good, I've not heard of using potato buds for a crust. Definitely one I'd like to try!
