Someone posted the things she was thankful for and I wanted to add my list.
We are usually mindful of the usual things like our family, our health, ect. But I wanted to think of the more obscure things that we take for granted to say that I am thankful for.
I am thankful for my eyes, that I can see all the wonderful things of nature, the sky, the sunshine, the clouds, the birds, and animals.
I am thankful for my ears, that I can hear voices of people I love, that I can hear the music I love.
I am thankful for my strong hands, that I can earn a living, pet the dog, stroke my husbands face.
I am thankful for my strongs legs, even when I say I hate my thighs, I am thankful for them as they allow me to go where I want to go.
I am thankful most of all for my mind, {such as it is}, as I get older I realize that it is harder to remember things, yet our minds are so full of all our memories. And the ability to continue to learn new things no matter how old we are. That is the really amazing part.
As we celebrate a Thanksgiving Day, I hope we all take a few min. to forget the turkey and pumpkin pie and just be peaceful and give our own private thank you for the true riches in our lives.

Very well said.I'm looking out the same window today and the sun is shining on the tree I saw yesterday so now I'm Thankful for the sun that brightens my day.
I hope your feeling better. You don't go to Doc till tomorrow do you? I hope it's something simple like you over did and just need some rest. And then you take time for some rest. Love you
